Balance Lotus? Yep! That's exactly what we said! What's the difference? Well...I'll tell you! Balance Lotus is designed to engage all your stabilizer muscles throughout your body. We focus on toe positioning to achieve the best results, inversions and pressure points. This is a great companion class for our higher intensity workouts. What are you waiting for? Check out our Aerial Workshops too. ***REQUIREMENTS*** Must have completed Intro to Aerial. Must be 16 years of age and older. Yoga Mat. Grip Socks. If you do not have your own yoga mat or grip socks, we do have them available for purchase in studio.
