Aerial Barre uses traditional Ballet and Barre techniques and incorporates the aerial hammock to provide your body with long, lean and strong muscles. This class is good for any level and will increase your balance, posture and flexibility. Bring those beautiful gams in for a GREAT leg workout. "I really like your stems." (Bonus points if you get that reference!)

Must be 16 years of age or older.
