Class Description
Introduction to Aerial will teach you everything you need to know to feel comfortable and safe while using your hammock and executing inversions. Intro is mandatory to all new clients before taking other Tough Lotus classes to insure your safety. ***REQUIREMENTS*** This class is mandatory before any other aerial classes 16 years of age and older only. NO EXCEPTIONS Yoga mat Grip Socks If you do not have a yoga mat or grip socks of your own, we do have them available for purchase in studio
