Class Description
Experience bungee in a brand new way! Bungee Pilates is a core intense class that also increases balance and stabilization muscles. Low intensity and easy on the joints all while strengthening and toning the body, creating long lean muscles. Check this class out and we’ll see you on the flip side. (You’ll get it later). ***REQUIREMENTS*** Must have completed Intro to Bungee Must be 16 years or older Tennis Shoes Water Check out our Bungee Workshops too!
